Do you love truffles? Have you always dreamed of finding your own fresh truffles? Do you want to learn more about this elusive mushroom? Join us for a unique experience in Kyustendil Bulgaria, only 90km south of Sofia.

During the 2023/2024 French Black, Périgord Black (tuber melanosporum) truffle season, spend Saturday with us hunting in our orchard with the help of our dog Claire. You will get to see firsthand how ripe truffles are expertly sought and excavated from the soil.

Following the hunt, we will have the opportunity to taste our efforts our new tasting room in the village. Our chef Casey Angelova will be preparing a tasting dish topped with our recently unearthed black diamonds and a glass of wine and rakia. 

The price per person is 100lv. This included the guided truffle hunt in our orchard and the truffle tasting dish

По време на сезона на трюфелите от френски черен, Perigord (tuber melanosporum) 2023/2024, прекарайте събота с нас на лов в нашата овощна градина с помощта на кучето ни Клер. Ще видите от първа ръка как зрелите трюфели се търсят експертно и се изкопават от почвата.

След лова ще имаме възможност да опитаме нашите усилия в нашата нова дегустационна зала в селото. Нашият главен готвач Кейси Ангелова ще приготви дегустационно ястие, гарнирано с нашите наскоро открити черни диаманти и чаша вино и ракия.

Цената на човек е 100 лв. Това включва лов на трюфели с водач в нашата овощна градина и ястие за дегустация на трюфели
